Startups must submit legal proof of business registration, founder identity, and financial documentation to access fundraising features. All campaigns are subject to due diligence. Funds are held in escrow and disbursed based on terms agreed between startups and investors.
7. Investor Obligations
Investors must complete KYC verification and agree to our risk disclosure terms before contributing funds. All investments are made at the user’s own risk. BangladeshStartup.com is not liable for startup failure or loss of capital.
8. Public Reviews
Public users may leave reviews. Reviews must be honest, experience-based, and free of defamation or hate speech. Reviews are moderated and flagged if they violate our guidelines.
